Our jams and tomatoes
A long time ago we planted several ancient varieties of fruit trees in our orchard, which we found near Florence. Their fruit can no longer be found in markets and they have a unique taste and scent. These trees are tough and immune to many plant diseases and parasites, so that they don’t need many chemical treatment.
We use them to prepare our artisan jams, for our breakfast with our homemade bread, cookies and pastries. We have now built a small lab to produce our artisanal extra jams (with very high percentage of fruit) for sale, along with tomato puree, which we make with our home grown tomatoes, for your yummy pasta sauces and bruschette.
